In 2009 The Arnold Sports Festival will welcome the Seventh Killerspin Table Tennis Challenge to the Greater Columbus Convention Center. The three day event will be held March 6, 7 & 8 and will showcase many of the world’s leading national champions in this thrilling international sport.
Six years ago, the Arnold Festival Staff invited Table Tennis to be a part of its celebration of sports. Each year many volunteers have worked hard as members of the Arnold Team in order to produce the best possible Table Tennis event. It is a pleasure to work with the entire Arnold Organizing Committee and humbling to team up with the best of the best in so many Olympic sports.
This year’s Arnold Table Tennis Challenge was a resounding success beginning with the large number of volunteer workers helping with setup on Thursday to the even larger number of volunteers packing up the 24 Killerspin tables, hundreds of barriers, and flooring Sunday evening. Much appreciation goes to The Ohio State University Table Tennis Club!
